SUMMARY:SpectrumX Fall 2025 Center Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Join us for two days of center-wide updates\, detailed research discussions\, a poster session\, and more. We look forward to bringing the full center together to hear updates from NSF SpectrumX leadership\, researchers\, and collaborators. \nThe Center Meeting will take place Monday\, October 20 and Tuesday\, October 21 at the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Pyle Center. \nThe deadline for students to submit a poster proposal has now passed. \nThe hotel block has now closed. A block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Indigo and will be allocated on a first-come\, first-served basis to those who registered prior to the deadline and indicated interest in participating. In accordance with the SpectrumX Travel Policy\, attendees are responsible for covering the cost of their own accommodations. Details on booking through the hotel block will be sent via email to those who indicate interest. \nIn-person and virtual registration is now closed. \nFor more details\, please visit the Fall 2025 Center Meeting landing page. \nPlease view the tentative agenda below (please note that this agenda is subject to change): \n \nAfter the conclusion of the Center Meeting\, the Center will host a Flagship Project Planning Workshop on Wednesday\, October 22 at the Pyle Center. This meeting is only open to Center members who are actively involved in one or both Flagship Projects. Those who are interested in participating in this additional workshop are asked to indicate this in the registration form below. Please note that all of the Center Meeting deadlines listed above also apply to this Flagship Project Planning Workshop. More information on this event is forthcoming.
