Join us for two days of center-wide updates, detailed research discussions, a poster session, and more. We look forward to bringing the full center together to hear updates from NSF SpectrumX leadership, researchers, and collaborators.

The Center Meeting will take place Monday, June 1 and Tuesday, June 2 at the Smith Ballroom at the University of Notre Dame’s Morris Inn in South Bend, Indiana. An additional optional research workshop will take place on Wednesday, June 3.

SpectrumX has reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown South Bend. The per-night rate is $145. If you would like to take part in this hotel block, please indicate your interest in your registration form prior to the hotel block deadline.

Please note the following registration deadlines:

  • Monday, April 27 – (Extended) Poster proposal submission deadline (included in registration form)
  • Monday, April 27 – Hotel block deadline
  • Monday, May 18 – In-person registration deadline
  • Thursday, May 28 – Virtual registration deadline

The Center will be organizing an optional excursion in the afternoon on Sunday, May 31. Tentatively, this is planned to be attending a South Bend Cubs baseball game in downtown South Bend. Confirmation of the event, timing, and details is forthcoming.
