Abstract
The work done towards the development and testing of the first ever 2-path digital correlating spectrometer based on the Multipath Cross-Correlation Radiometry (MXCR) concept is presented. This architecture enables stable spectral detection to precisely characterize instrument sub-channel spectral variation across different generations of atmospheric temperature sounders and kurtosis computation capability in the spectral domain to perform real-time RFI detection and mitigation.
