Abstract

The Mobile Experiment Platform (MEP) is a ruggedized instrumentation system for spectrum monitoring, propagation measurements, and co-existence experiments. The MEP consists of an Analog Front-End (AFE), wideband software-defined radio, and an edge AI processing platform integrated into a weather-proof case with built-in power and data storage. The AFE can support direct sampling of the RF spectrum up to 6GHz and with an optional wide-band tuner board, up to 8GHz. This poster provides an overview of the MEP design as well as an update on the current state of the hardware and software build process.
