Poster Session
NSF CARSE and NSF SpectrumX researchers are invested in conducting innovative research and sharing their findings.
Click here to return to the Center Meeting landing page.
All participants will give a one-minute “Lightning Talk” presentation to provide a summary of their research before the Poster Session begins.
As they are submitted, posters will be made available for preview online.
Resources for Poster Presenters
All posters are due by Thursday, October 15, ahead of the Center Meeting. Posters received after this date are not guaranteed to be uploaded to the website before the Center Meeting.
Please use the links below to access the NSF SpectrumX poster templates and upload your completed poster to the designated Google folder.
Please note:
- Each poster should be oriented vertically (portrait).
- Each presenter’s original poster uploaded to the Drive will be added to the website. Subsequent submissions or updates will not be accepted, so please only submit the finalized version of your poster.
- Do not work directly on the linked slides. Download or make a copy of the document(s) to make your edits.
- All uploaded posters must be submitted in PDF format.
- Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing physical copies of their posters to their assigned Poster Session (either October 27 or 28).
- Poster print sizing should be 24″ x 36″. Please note that this sizing is updated from previous meetings, so using the updated poster templates included below is imperative.
- Because printing options may be limited in Mayagüez, we recommend printing your poster and bringing it with you or looking into printing options as soon as possible.
